01 Information We Collect
When you use Patch, we collect the following categories of information to provide and improve our service:
Account Information
If you create an account, we collect your email address and display name through Firebase Authentication. This information is used solely to identify your account and deliver a personalized experience.
Usage Data
- Conflict analyses you submit and the responses generated
- Scenario responses and performance scores
- Streak data and communication score history
- Communication archetype assignment and progress
Device Information
- Device type and model
- Operating system version
- App version installed
Guest Sessions
If you use Patch without creating an account (Guest Mode), we collect anonymous session data to power the core analysis features. This data is not linked to any identifiable person and is not retained after your session ends.
02 How We Use Your Information
AI-Powered Analysis via Anthropic (Claude API)
When you submit a conflict or scenario response, your input is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a coaching response. We do not store your raw prompts beyond what Firebase automatically logs for operational purposes. Anthropic's use of your data is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Personalization
We use your archetype, history, and usage patterns to tailor daily practice scenarios to your specific communication needs.
Progress Tracking
We store your streak, communication score, and historical analyses so you can monitor your growth over time.
Subscription Management
We use RevenueCat to determine your subscription status and unlock Pro features accordingly.
03 Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase, including Firestore (database) and Firebase Authentication. Firebase servers are located in the United States and operate under Google's security standards.
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days of your request, except where retention is required by law.

04 Third-Party Services
Patch integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its features. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
- Anthropic (Claude API) — Powers conflict analysis and scenario generation. Anthropic Privacy Policy

- RevenueCat — Subscription and in-app purchase management. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except as described in this policy or as required by law.
05 Children's Privacy
Patch is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at hello@avrazia.com and we will promptly delete such data.
Patch complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
06 California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know — You may request disclosure of the personal information we collect, use, and share about you.
- Right to Delete — You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale — We do not sell your personal information. No opt-out is necessary, but you have this right by law.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
To submit a CCPA request, email hello@avrazia.com with the subject line "CCPA Request." We will respond within 45 days.
07 Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export a copy of your data (available upon email request)
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

08 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email (if you have an account) or through an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of Patch after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
