Terms of Service — Patch by Avrazia

01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Patch: Communication Coach ("Patch," "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Patch. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Avrazia LLC, a company operating under the laws of the United States.

02 Description of Service

Patch is an AI-powered communication coaching application designed to help users understand their communication patterns, analyze conflicts, and practice healthier communication habits through daily scenarios.

Patch is for educational and personal development purposes only. Content generated by Patch is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional immediately.

Avrazia LLC makes no guarantees about specific outcomes, improvements in communication, or the accuracy of AI-generated archetype assessments. The App is a tool to support self-reflection, not a clinical diagnostic instrument.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

03 User Accounts

You may use Patch in Guest Mode without creating an account. Guest Mode provides limited features and does not persist data across sessions.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Providing accurate and complete information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use at hello@avrazia.com

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans is prohibited.

04 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Patch only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may NOT:

Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
Submit content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, or harmful to others
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract source code from the App
Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically access App content through automated means
Share, sell, or transfer your account access to another person
Circumvent any technical measures designed to control access to features
Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

05 Subscriptions & Billing

Patch offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription that unlocks the full experience.

Billing

Pro subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing is managed by those platforms and by RevenueCat. We do not directly process payment information.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. Avrazia LLC does not issue refunds directly for App Store or Google Play purchases.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until that date.

      RevenueCat manages subscription state across platforms. Your subscription status may take a few minutes to reflect in the App after a change.
    

06 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Responses in Patch are generated by Claude, an AI developed by Anthropic, Inc. While we strive to provide thoughtful and helpful coaching content, AI-generated responses:

May not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation
Are intended for coaching and personal development purposes only
Are not professional mental health, psychological, or medical advice
Should not be solely relied upon when making important personal decisions

If you are in a mental health crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please call or text 988 (US Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or visit your nearest emergency room immediately. Patch is not a crisis intervention tool.

Avrazia LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content in the App.

07 Intellectual Property

The Patch app, brand, visual design, communication archetypes, and all associated content are owned by Avrazia LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Patch (such as conflict descriptions). By submitting content, you grant Avrazia LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you. We do not use your submitted content for training AI models or any purpose beyond service delivery.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Avrazia LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use Patch.

In no event shall Avrazia LLC's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Patch exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Avrazia LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) $10 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

09 Termination

You may delete your account and stop using Patch at any time by contacting us at hello@avrazia.com or through the in-app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Avrazia LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or otherwise acted in a manner harmful to other users or the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Patch shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States.

By using Patch, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
